Biohuerto

Terms of sale

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

We want buying from Biohuerto to be easy and free of surprises. Here we explain how it all works; before you pay, we'll ask you to accept it.

1. Who sells to you

The shop belongs to whoever appears in the legal notice. For anything you need, write to us:

  • Email: namenal@gmail.com
Legal notice

2. What you can buy

Live plants, pots and garden goodies. On each product page you'll see what the product is like, its price and whether we have it in stock.

Every plant is unique: it may look a little different from the photo in size, shape or colour, and it changes with the seasons. That's the beauty of it!

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are added separately and you'll always see them before paying.

You can pay with [Payment methods], through a secure payment provider. Your card details never pass through us.

4. How to buy

  1. Choose what you like and add it to the basket.
  2. Before paying, check your order, your details and the delivery. You can change anything or cancel.
  3. Confirm and pay.
  4. We email you the confirmation of your order.

We keep every order and, if you ask for a copy, we'll send it to you. You can buy in Spanish or English, and each purchase follows the terms in place on the day you made it.

5. Delivery

Where we deliver, how much it costs and how long it takes is all on the shipping page.

Shipping

6. If you change your mind

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, no explanations needed. How to do it is on the returns page.

Returns

7. Guarantee

All products come with a 3-year guarantee: if something isn't as we described, we'll fix it, replace it or give you your money back.

If a plant arrives damaged, let us know within [Notice period] of receiving it, with a few photos, and we'll sort it out.

8. If something goes wrong

If you have any problem, write to us and we'll solve it together:

  • Email: namenal@gmail.com

We're not part of any consumer arbitration scheme: we'd rather talk it through with you directly.

[Complaint forms: depending on the owner's autonomous community]

These terms follow Spanish law and always respect the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
